- A commission may be deducted from each transaction as part of our agreement with vendors.
- Cancellation and refund policies may vary per vendor and must be clearly stated in each listing.
- Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Each vendor may set their own cancellation and refund terms. Users must check the specific terms listed on each service before booking.
In the event of vendor no-shows, unresolved issues, or disputes, please contact our support team. We will assist in resolution, but we are not liable for losses or damages beyond what is outlined in this policy.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
All content on Rush Lanka Tourism — including logos, text, images, and design — is owned by Rush Lanka or licensed for use. Users and vendors may not copy, reuse, or sell content without permission.
Vendors retain rights to their own original media (e.g., photographs), but grant Rush Lanka Tourism the right to promote their listings via our marketing channels.
8. Code of Conduct
By using the site, all users agree to:

- Provide truthful information.
- Not upload or share harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content.
